From what the soldier has testified, it’s getting apparent that Brig. Gen Jeffrey Sinclair has had an affair with the lady captain, during the course of which he had reportedly attempted to have sex with her. What remains to be established when the hearing resumes is whether he committed forcible sodomy and adultery, for which he is likely to be handed with a life sentence.
