While there are many misconceptions about writing resumes, a few stick out as ones that can seriously hurt your chances of getting that phone call for an interview. A resume is a tool, but only if you know how to use it. Of course, you could just say that it’s all about luck and networking that gets you the job that you want. And for some people, this is true.
