Recently, a survey has revealed that employers all round the world are planning to hire 9.5% more graduates than last year. But, as the competition is at its peak, the candidates start their job hunt in their final year of graduation itself. Linda Ross, the director of career planning and internship says that because of the “doom” in the job market, most candidates jump into the first job that pops up, rather than exploring the array of options available.
